Operating a Motorcycle in Arkansas

In order to operate a motorcycle in the state of Arkansas you must:

  • Meet the state’s minimum age requirement
  • Obtain an Arkansas motorcycle license endorsement (you may also need to obtain a motorcycle learner’s permit)
  • Register your motorcycle with the state of Arkansas
  • Obtain insurance coverage that meets Arkansas state requirements
