Operating a Motorcycle in Alabama
In order to operate a motorcycle in the state of Alabama you must:
- Meet the state’s minimum age requirement
- Obtain an Alabama motorcycle license endorsement (you may also need to obtain a motorcycle learner’s permit)
- Register your motorcycle with the state of Alabama
- Obtain insurance coverage that meets Alabama state requirements
